icon incar expands creative direction team


Three new faces at icon incar are boosting the agency’s creative energy and consulting expertise at all its location.

Alexandra Schneiderhan is an experienced brand strategist and openly a design geek. She spent many years as an account director at KMS TEAM where she headed a team of designers and built brands to perfection in terms of design and strategic thinking. Most recently, she was head of marketing at the light and design brand Occhio, the “Apple” of the sector of high-quality design lighting. Beyond her design obsession, she holds a university degree in psychology linked to fine arts and is a certified coach. As creative director she’ll lead a 30-person team of UX designers. In doing so, she’ll drive our strategic thinking, including its application to innovation and consulting.

Azmir Saliefendic brings West Coast thinking to Germany. Azmir has worked in the UX industry for over 15 years and is committed to creating exceptional digital experiences. He kicked off his career at Razorfish. From there he continued on to Ignited, schematic and XEN before joining iconmobile in Santa Monica as director of user experience and design. Now he’s applying his extensive know-how at icon incar where he’ll drive automotive user experience, connectivity concepts and mobility ecosystems.

On the other hand, Matt Metropulos remains true to his home in his new role at icon incar’s growing Detroit office. A man of many talents, Matt unites in-depth user interface design, user experience and strategic thinking in one. Since the early aughts, he’s designed digital products and experiences. In the past, he enriched Tribal DDB, EA and Vectorform, just a few of his previous tenures, and has established a proven track record as a great organizer and leader. He shined as creative director of GTB Team Detroit. Now we look forward to welcoming him to a new workplace at icon incar.
