icon incar’s Talk at the HfG Schwäbisch Gmünd

HfG Schwäbisch Gmünd

“Everything’s gonna be alright. Everything’s gonna be digital.”

Technological and human ideas on user experience, user interfaces and eco-systems.

Design is frequently used to make things look perfect. In the era of social media, everyone tries to create a perfect image of him or herself. But in real life, things are a little more complicated. Which automatically makes user experience more complex. How can we, in user interface design, provide people something more than a perfect, technology-driven human-machine interface? How can we teach a machine our language so that we are not always compelled to communicate following their logic? Where are the philosophical and ethical aspects of Internet of Things?

In her talk, Julia Peglow-Peters, Managing Director at icon incar, design consultancy for automotive user experience, shares what has driven her through the world of design for nearly 20 years. She also gives insight into the latest projects in user experience, user interface design, ecosystems and data discover.
