Markus Elsesser:

After six years of managing various design and development sectors at iconmobile in Berlin, Markus entered the automotive UX world at icon incar in April 2011. He witnessed and helped shape our agency during rapid growth, from an 18-person team in southern Germany to an international company with over 90 employees across five offices. Markus heads our Human Resources & Operations Team and is the go-to person for all HR matters.

Amelie Epe:

Amelie has been with icon incar since its inception. Just after finishing her information and media studies at the University of Design Schwäbisch Gmünd, Florian offered her a role as a designer at the newly minted agency. Ten years on, she’s contributed to a wide range of projects, clients and visions, including a tenure as Art Director. In 2017, after one decade of icon incar, she elected to see a place she holds in high esteem from a new perspective. She now enriches Markus’ team with her expertise.


We at icon incar are looking for a range of talented individuals with backgrounds in design, development and project management for our offices in Munich, Ingolstadt, Berlin, Detroit and Shanghai.
