SHAPE the future

We are a diverse group united by expertise and passion, always looking for talented and creative people to join our team.

Applying is simple.
Here are the steps:

  • As a confirmation of receipt, you will get an email reply from us. You are now in our system and visible to all involved in facilitating the next steps.

Please ensure you include a link to your work or a PDF with some work samples, your resume and a cover letter indicating you think you would be a good fit.

  • We review your application, resume and work samples to ensure we have everything our team wants to see. Our tip: It’s helpful for us to see what’s important at a glance, project objectives, the role you played and process you followed and of course, the final outcome.

Then, we discuss internally with our team leads.

  • With green lights from the team leads, Manpreet will contact you for a short check-in to say hello in person, clarify early questions and discuss the next steps with you.

The context of this pre-screening focuses on who you are, your personality, your professional know-how and your interest in icon incar. It is also a chance to share more details or ask questions you may have.

  • Based on the role you apply for, you will be paired with a team or project lead and a potential peer. We will provide more details about our work and intentions of the role, and there will be time to ask questions you might have.

Our team will be eager to learn more about you, your previous work and perspectives. These meetings will be part presentation, part conversation and part Q&A. You can expect a series of interviews, via video or in person, depending on location.

  • We will get in touch with you a few days later. We invite you to an additional conversation where we discuss further details regarding your specific position and contractual items.

As soon as we reach agreement, we prepare a draft contract and send it over. We usually have a phone once or twice to clarify any questions, but then everything should be in the bag!
